As a person who has had to grieve the loss of my spouse this journal has allowed me to finally write a letter to myself and properly find peace. The author guides the reader with activities in this book to help the reader process grief and leading you along to peace.
The attention to detail on the cover is truly beautiful. The journal came well crafted and with may pages to capture the writer’s thoughts. Also the pen sent long with it is awesome. I’ve purchased several for family. Will repurchase again as gifts
